糖肾方联合党参生脉饮治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Tangshen Recipe combined with Dangshen Shengmai Decoction in the treatment of stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The routine treatment group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Tangshen Recipe combined with Dangshen Shengmai Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The blood glucose levels,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,2hBG,BUN and SCr in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of FBG,2hBG,BUN and SCr in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tangshen Recipe combined with Dangshen Shengmai Decoction in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy can obviously reduce their blood glucose levels and improve their renal function,with high safety.关键词
