Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Xuebijing Injection combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablet on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods 80 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets.The cardiac function and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of LVEF,CO and NO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of ET was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xuebijing combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablet can significantly improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.关键词
