Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD).Methods 88 patients with CTD-ILD were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound cyclophosphamide tablets,and the study group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.91%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP,PCT and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of CTD-ILD has significant effect,which can relieve patients'inflammatory reaction and has high safety.关键词
