左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床研究OA
Clinical Study of Levothyroxine Sodium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypothyroidism
目的 探讨左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者的临床效果及对其甲状腺激素水平、脂代谢的影响.方法 60 例老年甲减患者随机分为两组,对照组给予甲状腺片治疗,观察组给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及甲状腺激素、脂代谢指标水平.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为 93.33%,显著高于对照组的 70.00%(P＜0.05).治疗 6 周后,观察组的TSH水平显著低于对照组,FT3、FT4 水平均显著高于对照组,CHO、TG水平均显著…查看全部>>
