摘要
Abstract
The monitoring of β-agonists in animal-derived food plays an important role in safeguarding food safety.Immunoassays have been widely used for rapid screening of batch samples of livestock and poultry products due to their rapid operation,high sensitivity and low cost.Immunoassays are centered on antibody properties,while the performance of specific antibodies are directly determined by the quality of artificial antigens.In the paper,for the synthesis methods of artificial antigens of β-agonists including dicyclohexylcarbodiimide,activated ester,mixed acid anhydride,diazotization,glutaraldehyde,etc.,the identification methods including UV spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for relevant researches on immunoassays,etc.关键词
