Research on the Relationship Between Business Relationship Embedding,Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurial Performance of Residents in Rural Tourism Destinations
摘要
Abstract
Rural tourism entrepreneurs are the key participants and beneficiaries of the development of rural tourism.This study builds a relationship model among business relationship embedding,knowledge transfer and entrepre-neurial performance.Taking Qinggangshu Village as the case,multiple linear regression model is used for empirical analysis to provide reference for resident entrepreneurs in rural tourism destinations to improve their operations.关键词
