标准化学历教育中的在线教育实践研究
Research on Online Education Practice of Academic-credential Education for Standardization—The Effect of Characteristics of Teaching Management on Teaching Results

Abstract
Teaching designation and teaching management are the core processes of online education.Teaching management shall have the functions of delivering knowledge,answering questions,reminding and guiding the students to study,as well as managing,examining and implementing teaching activities,including all teaching procedures except for basic teaching designation.The effect of teaching management can be influenced by aspects such as classes,traits of teachers,and elements of teaching management procedures,and it can directly influence the teaching results and students'learning experience.This paper analyzes the role of teaching management in the process of online teaching.It collects 750 sets of data in teaching processes from 4 semesters of 2 courses in Guangdong Open University,and analyzes the effect of 9 indicators on teaching results,which are related to characteristics of teaching management.This paper concludes that during the teaching management process,the number of teachers should match the number of students,the management of teachers should be optimized,and decline in students'grade is a characteristic indicator representing the mismatching of numbers of students and teachers.The data of teachers'platform access and posting has not significantly shown the source of influence on teaching effect.The online teaching platform should specify the teaching management of teachers and store data to further optimize teaching management.关键词
