Abstract
The evaluation of implementation effect is an important part of the whole life cycle of local standards,and an important basis for the revision of standards.This paper aims to improve the quality of local standards by means of implementation effect evaluation,and provide targeted suggestions for the implementation and revision of local standards.This paper analyzes the research status of the implementation effect evaluation of standards at home and abroad,establishes the evaluation index system for the implementation effect of local standards,and puts forward the method to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of local standards in the whole cycle of the development,implementation and benefit feedback of standards.This paper takes DB32/T 3303-2017 as an example to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method of the implementation effect of local standards in the whole cycle.关键词
