Abstract
This paper takes engine oil products as the evaluation object,according to GB/T 1.1-2020,Directives for standardization—Part 1:Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents,T/CAQP 015-2020(T/ESF 0001-2020),General rules for drafting enterprise forerunner standards,develops evaluation plans benchmarking GB 11121,Gasoline engine oils,GB 11122,Diesel engine oils,GB/T 14906,Classification of internal combustion engine oils viscosity,API 1509,Engine Oil Licensing and Certification System,SAE J300,Engine Oil Viscosity Classification,establishes the evaluation index system,and evaluate the enterprise standards published on the public service platform for enterprise standards information to determine the list of"forerunners".Through the standards comparison,it is found that:at present,the quality of enterprise standards in this field needs to be improved,and the structural elements of enterprise standards are not standardized or missing,such as the cover,preface,lead,miswording,and text format.Also,there are indicators in enterprise standards that are lower than the requirements of national standards,which urgently needs guidance and improvement of standards quality.关键词
