Key technical standard and evaluation of radical thyroidectomy

Abstract
Surgery is the preferred treatment for thyroid cancer.Thyroidectomy is characterized by its precise technique and subtle manipulation.Thyroid surgeons should strict grasp of surgical indications On the basis of reoperative accurate diagnosis.Standardize the scope of primary resection and lymph node dissection and rationally select surgical approaches are also needed.Attention should be paid to the protection of nerves,parathyroid glands,blood vessels,trachea and esophagus during operation.Operation should pay equal attention to radical tumor treatment and functional protection.The occurrence of postoperative complications should be avoided and dealt with actively in the implementation of radical thyroidectomy.Thyroid surgeons should pay attention to the primary surgical treatment of thyroid cancer.Trying to establish training system and improve the surgical quality control system is necessary.With the continuous deepening of standardized diagnosis and treatment concepts,it is believed that surgical techniques will continue to improve and new techniques and methods will continue to develop.The diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer in China will be more standardized and accurate and the patients'survival rate and quality of life will be further improved.关键词
