国土空间规划背景下的风景名胜区资源动态管理评价指标构建
Construction of Evaluation Indicators for Dynamic Management of Scenic and Historic Area Resources in the Context of Territorial Spatial Planning

Abstract
In the context of territorial spatial planning,the establishment of a scientific,efficient and flexible dynamic management system is of great significance to the planning and construction of scenic spots.By analyzing the relevant policy texts of scenic and historic area at the national level,we extracted the requirements in terms of rigidity and flexibility of the dynamic management of resources,based on which we constructed the evaluation inde-xes of the dynamic management of resources in scenic and historic area and carried out empirical analyses.The re-sults show that there are 42 resource units in Malipo Laoshan provincial scenic and historic area,including 29 natu-ral resources and 13 humanities resources;30 resources pass the rigid compliance assessment.And in terms of flexi-ble assessment,there are 27 units with higher value of the resources,28 units with more unified resource manage-ment,26 units with higher aggregation of resources,26 units with higher accessibility of resources;finally 26 re-sources with higher comprehensive value and suitable for retention through comprehensive evaluation.The results of the study verified the feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation indexes,and also provided countermeasures and suggestions for the realization of dynamic management,protection and development of scenic and historic area.关键词
