Abstract
With the rapid development of the global economy,enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure and constantly changing market demand.In order to maintain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition,enterprises should constantly carry out management innovation.As an important means of management innovation,standardization construction plays an important role in improving the management level and efficiency of enterprises.This paper analyzes the relationship between standardization construction and enterprise management innovation,summarizes the important role of standardization construction for enterprise management innovation,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.This paper has important guiding significance for strengthening standardization construction and promoting management innovation of nuclear industry enterprises.关键词
