柴达木枸杞初加工产品质量标准化研究
Research on Standardization of Quality of Preliminarily Processed Products of Chaidamu Goji Berries

Abstract
L.barbarum from Qaidam Basin are the main characteristic economic crop in the Chaidamu region of Qinghai.With the continuous increase in planting area and yield in recent years,primary processed products such as dried fruits,juice,and seeds have become the main output products.However,its standardization construction has not yet formed,making it one of the important limiting factors for industrial development.This article conducts statistical analysis and evaluation on the physicochemical,nutritional,and hygiene indicators of dried goji berries,goji berry juice,and goji berry seeds produced during the initial processing of L.barbarum from Qaidam Basin in the past 10 years.Finally,the optimal range of relevant indicators is determined,providing a certain reference for the standardization construction of L.barbarum from Qaidam Basin and initial processing products and local quality standards.关键词
