青贮饲料营养价值、影响因素及其在家畜生产中的应用
Nutritional Value and Affacting Factors of Silage and Its Application in Livestock Production
摘要
Abstract
The silage is made from green feed fermented by anaerobic microorganisms,which can effectively improve the nutritional structure,prolong the storage time of green feed,and solve the problem of the lack of green feed resources for animals in winter and spring.Fermentation microorganisms,raw materials,fermentation conditions,and additives are the main factors affecting the quality of silages.Based on this,the nutritional value of silages,the factors affecting silage quality,and the application of silages in livestock production are reviewed in this paper to provide theoretical references for further development,application,and promotion of silages.关键词
