热应激对鸡肠道屏障的影响及损伤机制研究进展
Research Progress on Heat Stress on Intestinal Barrier Injury in Poultry
摘要
Abstract
Heat stress(HS)leads to increased intestinal permeability by up-regulating the levels of cortisol hormone,intestinal oxidation,inflammation and apoptosis,and increase the content of serum endotoxin,eventually induce SIRS and MODS,which will cause losses to animal husbandry.In recent years,due to the continuous rise of global temperature,the loss of animal husbandry caused by heat stress has attracted widespread attention.In this paper,the related research and mechanism of HS affecting chicken performance,intestinal morphological structure and intestinal barrier function in recent years were summarized,including oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction and apoptosis level,which provided theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of high temperature stress in poultry.关键词
