艾司奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and economy of domestic and imported esomprazole for injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,so as to provide reference for clinical selection of safe,reasonable and economic treatment scheme.Methods Sixty patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects.A prospective randomized clinical trial design was adopted to design two groups,45 patients in the experimental group and 15 patients in the control group.The experimental group received esomeprazole for injection made in China,the control group was treated with imported esomeprazole for injection,the usage and dosage were 40 mg,intravenous infusion,twice a day.Efficacy was evaluated after 3 and 5 days of continuous treatment,and safety was evaluated throughout the treatment period.Economic evaluation was performed after the study.Results There was no significant difference in treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The experimental drug cost and total drug cost in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total hospitalization cost of experimental group was higher than that of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of domestic esomeprazole for injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding are not inferior to that of imported esomeprazole for injection,and the treatment scheme of domestic esomeprazole has more economic advantages.关键词
