Analysis of Classification and Whole-process Management of Chemical Reagents in Laboratories of Drinking Water Quality Monitoring

Abstract
There are various kinds of chemical reagents in laboratories of drinking water quality monitoring,most of which belong to the category of hazardous chemicals.The chemical properties of the hazardous waste generated during the experiment are complex,which brings certain difficulties to the safety management of laboratories.Based on the chemical reagents involved in GB/T 5750-2023,Standard examination methods for drinking water,this paper divides chemical reagents in laboratories into 3 categories according to GB 6944-2012,Classification and code of dangerous goods,which are organic,inorganic and chemical analysis reagents,with 16 subcategories such as salts,acids and alcohols.On the basis of the dangerous properties of chemical reagents,chemical reagents are divided into 6 categories,including flammables and explosives,toxic and harmful substances,compressed and liquefied gases,corrosive materials,radioactive substances,and general chemical reagents,according to GB 12268-2012,List of dangerous goods.Combined with problems existing in the laboratory management process,the whole process of subscription,purchase,inspection and acceptance,storage,requisition,and processing of chemical reagents is put forward,and each link of the process is further managed by flow charts to provide reagent administrators and experimenters with detailed operation processes and scientific measures,which will improve safety management capabilities and promote the construction of standardized systems in laboratories.关键词
