奥氮平与阿立哌唑对精神分裂症治疗效果的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of olanzapine and aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 110 schizophrenic patients admitted to Jilin City Careful Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,the experimental group was treated with aripiprazole.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein and triacylglycerol in test groups were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychopathological scores and total scores of test group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The treatment effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with olanzapine,aripiprazole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia patients,and has less impact on glucose and lipid metabolism,with higher overall efficacy and fewer adverse reactions.关键词
