Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duyiwei capsules combined with Bone Melon Extract Injection in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Ninety-one patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou City from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the experimental group was treated with the combination of Duyiwei capsules and Bone Melon Extract Injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,morning stiffness time,number of joint swelling,28 joint disease motion score(DAS28)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,rheumatoid factor and C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28,VAS score and laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28 and VAS scores,laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)were improved in both groups,and morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28 and VAS scores,laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)in experimental group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between experimental group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Duyiwei capsules combined with Bone Melon Extract Injection has significant effect in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients,and is safe and reliable.关键词
