独一味联合骨瓜提取物辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效OA
Clinical Effect of Duyiwei combined with Extract of Bone Melon in Adjuvant Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
目的 探讨独一味胶囊联合骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效.方法 选取 2019 年 1 月至2021 年12 月苏州市第九人民医院收治的类风湿关节炎患者91 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(46 例)与对照组(45 例).对照组给予常规药物治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合独一味胶囊及骨瓜提取物注射液治疗.比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后晨僵时间以及关节肿胀数、28 处关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28)以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、类风湿因子与C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR),不良反应.结果 试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前两组晨僵时间以及关节肿胀数、DAS28以及VAS评分、实验室指标(类风湿因子、CRP及ESR水平)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后两组晨僵时间以及关节肿胀数、DAS28 以及VAS评分、实验室指标(类风湿因子、CRP及ESR水平)均改善,且试验组晨僵时间以及关节肿胀数、DAS28 以及VAS评分、实验室指标(类风湿因子、CRP及ESR水平)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);试验组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 独一味胶囊联合骨瓜提取物注射液辅助治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,且安全可靠.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duyiwei capsules combined with Bone Melon Extract Injection in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Ninety-one patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou City from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the experimental group was treated with the combination of Duyiwei capsules and Bone Melon Extract Injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,morning stiffness time,number of joint swelling,28 joint disease motion score(DAS28)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,rheumatoid factor and C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28,VAS score and laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28 and VAS scores,laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)were improved in both groups,and morning stiffness time,joint swelling number,DAS28 and VAS scores,laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,CRP and ESR levels)in experimental group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between experimental group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Duyiwei capsules combined with Bone Melon Extract Injection has significant effect in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients,and is safe and reliable.
