Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and the influence on GerdQ scores.Methods A total of 78 GERD patients admitted to Taishan District People's Hospital of Tai'an City from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the GerdQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the levels of serum inflammatory factors,CGRP and 5-HT were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets,Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets have better clinical efficacy in the treatment of GERD,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is lower,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation,and have a higher clinical application price.关键词
