富马酸伏诺拉生片与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及对胃食管反流病量表积分的影响OA
Effect of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and Their Effects on the Score of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Scale
目的 探讨富马酸伏诺拉生片与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效及对胃食管反流病量表(GerdQ)积分的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 1-12 月泰安市泰山区人民医院收治的 78 例GERD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39 例.对照组予以雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,观察组采用富马酸伏诺拉生片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组 GerdQ 评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),血清炎症因子、CGRP、5-HT 水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片比较,富马酸伏诺拉生片治疗GERD的临床疗效更为理想,且药物不良反应发生率更低,能够有效改善临床症状及减轻炎症反应,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the efficacy of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and the influence on GerdQ scores.Methods A total of 78 GERD patients admitted to Taishan District People's Hospital of Tai'an City from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the GerdQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the levels of serum inflammatory factors,CGRP and 5-HT were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets,Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets have better clinical efficacy in the treatment of GERD,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is lower,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation,and have a higher clinical application price.
