摘要

Abstract

Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)is one of the most important biological active ingredients from lycium barbarum leaves and fruits.It has been widely concerned both at home and abroad because it is non-toxic,degradable and has good biological activity.LBP possesses immunomodulatory,so it is used in practice and research of livestock and poultry feeding and disease prevention as immunopotentiator and good vaccine adjuvant.This paper reviews the structure-bioactivity relationship of LBP,its immunomodulation effects and its application in livestock and poultry production,so as to provide a reference for research,application and development of LBP in livestock and poultry safe production,disease prevention and control.
