Thoughts on High-quality Management of Fixed Assets in Scientific Research Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Fixed asset management is the basic management work of scientific research institutions.The overall management level of fixed asset management has not yet reached a high quality,and the management process,standardization,and informatization are not obviously effective.This paper draws on management models such as total quality management,Six Sigma management,and performance excellence management,and puts forward the positioning and goals of high-quality management of fixed assets.The overall framework for high-quality management of fixed assets in scientific research institutions is designed,the implementation paths and policy suggestions for scientific research institutions to achieve high-quality management of fixed assets are put forward,providing guidance and support to improve the quality of fixed asset management.关键词
