Comparison of Alcohol-soluble Leachings and Polysaccharides of Asparagus Cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.in Different Production Areas

Abstract
Objective To explore the differences of alcohol-soluble leachings and polysaccharides of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.in different production areas to provide reference for further improving the quality evaluation system of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.Methods The alcohol-soluble leachings of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.in Sichuan,Chongqing,Guangxi,Guizhou and Yunnan were tested according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the polysaccharides of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.in Sichuan,Chongqing,Guangxi,Guizhou and Yunnan were tested by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry.The differences in main active ingredient of different production areas were compared.Results The alcohol-soluble leachings of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.from high to low was Guizhou,Sichuan,Yunnan,Chongqing,and Guangxi,contents are as follows 90.12%,89.68%,88.54%,88.24%,87.63%,the content of wild Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.was lower than that of cultivated.The polysaccharide of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.from high to low was Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou,Chongqing and Guangxi,contents are as follows 33.66%,25.88%,23.54%,23.05%,22.14%.Conclusion Due to the differences in growth environment and intracecies,the contents of alcohol-soluble leaching and polysaccharide of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.)Merr.was Significantly different in different production areas.关键词
