PFNA与髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究
Clinical Study of PFNA and Hip Joint Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)and hip joint replacement in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Method:The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures diagnosed in the Department of Orthopaedics of the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into PFNA group(30 cases)and joint replacement group(30 cases).The PFNA group was treated with PFNA,and the joint replacement group was treated with hip joint replacement.The perioperative indicators,the excellent and good rate of hip joint,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the joint replacement group,operation time and hospital stay in the the PFNA group were shorter,and intraoperative bleeding volume was less,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the joint replacement group,the excellent and good rate of hip joint in the PFNA group were higher 14 days and 3 months after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the rate of excellent and good hip joint function and the incidence of complications between the two groups at 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both surgical methods can achieve ideal results in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures,effectively restoring hip joint function.In the selection of surgical methods,it is necessary to judge based on the patient's condition,and the best surgical method has been selected to achieve ideal surgical results.关键词
