Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family-oriented hierarchical nursing model on treatment compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with vascular dementia.Methods A total of 98 patients with senile vascular dementia hospitalized in Gucheng County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family-oriented graded nursing.Treatment compliance,quality of life and ADL scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(76.00%)(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention(P＜0.05).The ADL score of observation group was higher than that of control group after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion The family-oriented hierarchical nursing model for elderly patients with vascular dementia can improve the treatment compliance of patients,so that the ability of daily living activities can be significantly improved.关键词
