摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)rope training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on upper limb motor function and neurological function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 150 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected, randomly divided into two groups, the control group(75 cases)were trained with PNF rope straps, and the study group(75 cases)was received rTMS on this basis. The intervention effect, upper limb function, and neurological function of the two groups were observed.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE)scores and the action research arm test(ARAT)scores were increased in both groups, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)were significantly reduced in both groups, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the peak amplitude of motion-evoked potential amplitude were increased in both groups, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PNF rope training combined with rTMS in stroke patients with hemiplegia has a good intervention effect, which can improve the motor function of the upper limb and promote the recovery of the patient's neurological function.关键词
