刺骨术联合中药治疗骶髂关节疾病的临床研究
Clinical Study of Bone Piercing Surgery Combined with Chinese Materia Medica in the Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Diseases

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of bone piercing surgery combined with Chinese materia medica on patients with sacroiliac joint diseases.Method:A total of 84 patients with sacroiliac joint disease in Yingtan 184 Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into 3 groups,4 cases dropout during treatment,and 80 cases were finally enrolled,including 27 cases in the treatment group,25 cases in the control group 1 and 28 cases in the control group 2.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,and the patients'pain situation were evaluated by short form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)before treatment,after 28 days of treatment and 3 months after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group(96.3%)was higher than that of control group 1(68.0%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS),pain rating index(PRI),present pain intensity(PPI)scores and total scores among the three groups(P>0.05).After 28 days of treatment and 3 months after treatment,VAS,PRI,PPI scores and total scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 28 days of treatment,VAS,PRI,PPI scores and total scores of the treatment group were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2,and above scores of the treatment group were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2 at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone piercing surgery combined with Chinese materia medica can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with sacroiliac joint diseases,and is an effective treatment method in clinical practice.关键词
