Abstract
Objective:To investigate the tocophobia present status in primipara and analyze its influencing factors.Method:A total of 100 gravida(all primiparas)who underwent prenatal screening in Beijing Huairou Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.The tocophobia present status of primipara were investigated by the childbirth attitude questionnaires(CAQ),and univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were conducted to identify the influencing factors of primiparas'tocophobia.Result:Among the 100 primiparas,26 cases(26.00%)had no tocophobia,53 cases(53.00%)had mild tocophobia,18 cases(18.00%)had moderate tocophobia and 3 cases(3.00%)had severe tocophobia.The total CAQ score was(35.21±4.40)scores,the score of delivery runaway dimension was(7.95±2.26)scores,the score of fetus health dimension was(10.82±2.34)scores,the pain injury dimension score was(8.89±2.05)scores,the score of medical intervention and environment dimension was(7.55±2.03)scores.The CAQ scores were higher of primipara with 21-29 years old,early pregnancy medication,expected natural delivery,childbirth self-efficacy inventory(CBSEI)score≤160 scores,social support rating scale(SSRS)score<20 scores and perinatal period gravida health literacy scale score≤203 scores,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,early pregnancy medication,expected natural delivery,CBSEI score,SSRS score and perinatal period gravida health literacy scale score were influencing factors of primipara tocophobia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tocophobia is a common problem in primipara.Age,early pregnancy medication,expected mode of delivery,childbirth self-efficacy,social support and perinatal period health literacy are all influencing factors,which need to be paid more attention to.关键词
