肠道激素PYY在肥胖和2型糖尿病中的研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease on the pathological basis of insulin resistance,accounting for more than 90%of the diabetes population.At present,it has a profound influence in the world,and hundreds of millions of patients suffer from it.Obesity,as one of the important risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus,plays an important role in the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of diabetes.With the improvement of living standards,the proportion of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in diabetes population has increased,and the existing treatment methods can not meet the growing demand.Finding new ways to reduce blood sugar and weight has also been put on the agenda to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus,and intestinal hormones have been found to play an important role in weight loss and improvement of islet function,among which peptide YY(PYY)has become a research hotspot in recent years.This article will focus on the intestinal hormone PYY to reduce weight and improve diabetes provides an overview,and provide new ideas for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
