"双碳"目标下海南省乡村振兴路径研究
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of carbon peak,Hainan rural areas need to change the backward traditional mode of development and transfer to low-carbon,clean energy industries.At present,Hainan has achieved poor results in the development of low-carbon economy,people's way of life and concepts are contrary to the concept of low-carbon development,the management capacity of local grass-roots organizations is insufficient,and the county innovation power is insufficient.Through the analysis of the case of Wuzhishan,this paper proposes to establish and improve the working system of double-carbon development,promote the construction of ecological civilization,improve the efficiency of low-carbon development,improve the quality of farmers in Hainan,improve their production and life style;strengthen the guidance of rural grass-roots Party organizations in Hainan;promote the county innovation drive of Hainan resources and environment,and encourage the development of ecological civilization.关键词
