摘要
Abstract
The incidence rate of obesity and central obesity is increasing year by year.The obvious signs are fat accumulation,increased lipid content,fat cell hypertrophy,and then a series of metabolic abnormalities,insulin resistance.By analyzing the involvement of adipocytes in the mechanism of insulin resistance and discussing the etiology and pathogenesis of obese patients from the perspective of spleen,based on the close relationship between obesity and adipose tissue,this article elucidated the relationship between spleen regulation and insulin resistance.It is effective to treat obese insulin resistance patients by clearing heat and removing dampness,which can help slow and reverse the development of obese insulin resistance to diabetes and improve clinical symptoms.关键词
