Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical medication law of TCM compounds for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer based on the national patent data.Methods The public TCM compound patents for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer were searched from China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Search and Analysis System from the establishment of the databases to Nov.9,2022.The correlation function in Excel2019 and R 4.1.2 software was used to perform frequency statistics,property and taste and meridian analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis on the compounds.Results A total of 280 patents and 280 prescriptions were obtained.Prescription analysis indicated that high-frequency drugs included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Hedyotis diffusa,Astragali Radix,Poria,Scutellariae Barbatae Herba,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix etc.According to the meridian analysis of property and taste,the main properties of the medicine were cold and warm;the main tastes were bitter,sweet and pungent.Toxic traditional Chinese medicines accounted for 8.97%;the main meridians were liver,lung,and stomach.Association rule analysis showed that the medicinal combinations with strong associations includes Codonopsis Radix+Astragali Radix→Hedyotis diffusa,Poria+Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma→Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix+Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma→Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma+Poria→Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.The core prescriptions were Codonopsis Radix,Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Barbatae Herba,Hedyotis diffusa,and Hedyotis diffusa.Clustering analysis obtained 5 types of medicinal combinations.Conclusion The core prescriptions of TCM compounds for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer are based on strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors.Codonopsis Radix、Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma、Astragali Radix、Poria、Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma are usually used for strengthening the body.Scutellariae Barbatae Herba,Hedyotis diffusa,and kiwi root are usually used for eliminating pathogenic factors.For different syndromes such as blood stasis,damp heat,and phlegm coagulation,Paeoniae Radix alba、Curcumae Rhizoma,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Corydalis Rhizoma,Coicis Semen,Pinelliae Rhizoma and other drugs can be selected.关键词
