基于数据挖掘的外治烧烫伤中药复方专利用药规律研究
Study on the Medication Law of National Patent Compounds of TCM for External Treatment of Burn and Scald

Abstract
Objective To study the medication law of national patent compounds of TCM for external treatment of burn and scald based on data mining.Methods The website of the State Intellectual Property Office was searched for the data of external TCM compound patents for burn and scald,and Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the data on medication frequency,property and taste,meridian,association rules and clustering analysis of screened patent compounds.Results A total of 1 147 patents were included in the study,involving 1 147 prescriptions and 1 325 kinds of Chinese materia medica.There were 42 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica(frequency>50).The main property was cold,the main tastes were bitter,sweet and pungent,and meridians were mainly liver,heart and lung meridians.The maim medicinal categories were medicines of clearing-heat,promoting blood circulation and reducing stasis,and giving astringents to stop bleeding.10 second-order correlation terms and 18 third-order correlation terms were obtained.Coptidis Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radi,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were the key drugs in the drug association items.Clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs was divided into 6 categories.Conclusion The national patent compounds for external treatment of burn and scald are mainly composed of drugs such as clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,activating blood circulation and removing stasis and relieving swelling and pain,etc.Clinically,it can be flexibly applied according to such key drugs.关键词
