Abstract

Objective To study the mechanism of Qinji Liangxue Mixture in the treatment of constipation based on network pharmacology.Methods The effective components and action targets in Qinji Liangxue Mixture were obtained from TCMSP and TCMID.Constipation-related targets were retrieved through GeneCards,TTD,DrugBank,OMIM,and DisGeNET databases.The STRING database was used to construct the common target protein-protein interaction(PPI)network PPI.Cytoscape 3.8.1 software was used to construct a network map for the treatment of constipation with Qinji Liangxue Mixture of Chinese materia medica-effective components-disease targets,and key components and core targets were screened.GO analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of target genes were performed using Metascape platform.Results Five key components(quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,β-sitosterol,and sterol)and 10 core targets(HSP90AA1,STAT3,MAPK3,TP53,AKT1,MAPK1,RELA,TNF,FOS and IL6)were screened from Qinji Liangxue Mixture.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that target-related pathways for the treatment of constipation were mainly involved in pathways in cancer,lipid and atherosclerosis,calcium signaling pathways,and AMPK signaling pathways.Conclusion Qinji Liangxue Mixture may regulate HSP90AA1,STAT3,MAPK3 and other targets to treat constipation through AMPK,lipid,atherosclerosis and other signaling pathways.
