摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces the development of a Ka-band dual-mode helix traveling wave tube (TWT).The TWT works from 32GHz to 38GHz with a voltage of 9.5kV. It outputs 150W peak power at the low mode with duty cycle of 70% and 300W peak power at the high mode with duty cycle of 10%.This TWT has the characteristics of low working voltage,fast warming-up and non-environmental control,which makes it suitable for various scenarios for example the off-board active decoy bombs.关键词
