基于数据挖掘探讨喻闽凤治疗儿童抽动障碍用药规律
Discussion on the Medication Law of Yu Minfeng in the Treatment of Tic Disorders in Children Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of Professor Yu Minfeng in the treatment of children with tic disorder with data mining.Methods The cases of children with tic disorder in the Fourth Clinical Medicine School of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2021 were collected.Excel 2016 was used to establish the patient database.The medicine frequency statistics,medicine properties,tastes and meridians,association analysis,clustering analysis and complex network analysis were performed by using the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform 2.3.5.Results A total of 142 first-diagnosed prescriptions were included,involving 139 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency drugs were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,Jujubae Fructus,Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Scrophulariae Radix,Pseudostellariae Radix,Poria,Eucommiae Cortex,and Cyathulae Radix.The properties were mainly warm and mild;the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridians were mainly liver and spleen meridians,which followed lung meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.Association analysis obtained 37 commonly used drug pairs,clustering analysis obtained 3 types of drug combinations,and complex network analysis indicated that the core TCM prescriptions were added and subtracted based on Niuxi Mugua Decoction and Zhengyang Decoction.Conclusion Professor Yu Minfeng grasps the key pathogenic mechanism of spleen deficiency and liver prosperity in treating children's tic disorders.The treatment should be based on the liver,using the methods of soothing the liver and regulating qi,clearing the liver and calming the lung,and supplementing the liver and calming the wind.The comprehensive application of the theory of organs and the theory of five elements and six qi should guide the treatment of children with tic disorders.关键词
