Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of integrated medical and nursing model in elderly patients with lower limb fracture.Methods According to different nursing care plans,100 elderly patients with lower limb fracture who underwent surgical treatment at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2021 to December 2022 were allocated into a control group(50 cases who received routine nursing)and an observation group(50 cases who received integrated medical and nursing intervention).The scores of the Short Form-36 Health Survey,Self-Rating Depression Scale,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd and 7th days after surgery,the scores of the Short Form-36 Health Survey,Self-Rating Depression Scale,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale in both groups were better than those at admission(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better scores on the 3rd and 7th days after surgery(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infections and delirium,as well as the overall satisfaction rate of nursing were better in the observation group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated medical and nursing model in elderly patients undergoing surgery for lower limb fracture can improve their quality of life,alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and show advantages in improving nursing satisfaction.关键词
