Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing combined with clinical pathway nursing in the rehabilitation process of patients with hepatitis B.Methods A total of 116 patients with hepatitis B admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were enrolled.They were assigned to an observation group(58 cases)and a control group(58 cases)by simple randomization.Both groups received comprehensive nursing based on the clinical pathways until the patients were discharged,and the observation group additionally received humanistic care nursing.The liver function at admission,before discharge and at 1 month after discharge,the self-management behavior changes at admission and at 1 month after discharge,and the nursing satisfaction before discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,and total bilirubin in both groups decreased before discharge and at 1 month after discharge compared with those at admission(all P<0.05).The above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of diet,daily life,medication,and disease monitoring management in both groups increased at 1 month after discharge compared with those at admission(all P<0.05),and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group at discharge was 100%,which was higher than 89.66%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of humanistic care nursing on the basis of clinical pathway nursing not only helps to improve the liver function indicators of patients with hepatitis B,but also improves their self-management ability and nursing satisfaction rate.关键词
