Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of finger-pointing manipulation combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the nursing of patients with epigastric pain.Methods Eighty patients with epigastric pain who received treatment at Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2023 were enrolled.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received intervention of routine care and western medicine,while the observation group received intervention of finger-pointing manipulation combined with thunder-fire moxibustion based on the control group's method.The symptom scores,hemodynamic levels,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the observation group showed lower symptom scores(epigastric pain,nausea,and belching),lower hemodynamic parameters(whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,and erythrocyte aggregation index),lower overall incidence of adverse reactions,and higher quality of life scores compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators in both groups were better than those before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of finger-pointing manipulation and thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms such as pain,nausea,and belching in patients with epigastric pain.It also has a positive impact on the patients'hemodynamic parameters and quality of life,and has fewer adverse reactions.关键词
