Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with Cox's interaction model of client health behavior in the breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-six patients with breast cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were allocated into the control group and the observation group by random number table method.Both groups contained 48 patients.The shoulder range of motion,self-efficacy,and vomiting grading were compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in the range of motion of flexion,extension,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation within the two groups,as well as the scores of the Chinese version of the Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH).The above indicators after 1 month of intervention were better than those after 10 days of intervention and at admission,and the indicators after 1 month of intervention were better than those after 10 days of intervention(all P<0.05).After 10 days and 1 month of intervention,the observation group performed better than the control group in the shoulder range of motion and SUPPH scores(all P<0.05).On the 1st and 7th days of intervention,the vomiting grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with Cox's interaction model of client health behavior can enhance the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and improve their shoulder range of motion and vomiting.关键词
