Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyan pack intervention on the incidences of urinary retention and other complications and the urination in patients with perianal abscess after surgical treatment.Methods A total of 147 patients with perianal abscess admitted to the Department of Proctology at Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The enrolled subjects were divided into a control group(74 cases)and an observation group(73 cases)using a random number table.The control group received routine care,while the observation group combined auricular acupoint pressing with beans and traditional Chinese medicine Reyan pack intervention with routine care.The intervention effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total incidence of urinary retention and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In both groups,the scores of urination duration and waiting time at 24 h and 48 h after surgery and at discharge were lower than those before surgery(all P<0.05),and the scores of urinary patency at 12 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h after surgery were lower than those before surgery(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores at different time points(all P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing with beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyan pack intervention can effectively prevent the postoperative urinary retention and other complications in patients after perianal abscess surgery.It is also of positive significance to improve the urination disorders and shorten the urination time.关键词
