Abstract
Objective To conclude the current status,frontier hotspots and development trends of by analyzing the literature in the field of TCM treatment for nephrotic syndrome.Methods The literature on nephrotic syndrome treated by TCM in CNKI was retrieved from January 1st,1996 to October 24th,2022.VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software were used to create knowledge map of the authors,institutions and keywords for visualization analysis.Results Totally 2 294 articles were included,with 355 source journals,182 core authors and 635 institutions.It was found that the overall trend of publications preformed rising-steady-declining;Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology,Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine and Shaanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the source journals with more articles;there were 14 stable author teams,among which Ye Rengao,Zheng Jian,Wei Lianbo had published more articles;Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.were as the main issuing institutions;high-frequency keywords included"integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment","primary nephrotic syndrome"and"TCM therapy"etc.,forming 10 clustering modules."Spleen-kidney yang deficiency","oedema","renal function"and"immune function"were research hotspots and trend in recent years.Conclusion The research hotspots mainly focus on clinical studies using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy as intervention protocols.Clinical trials and mechanism exploration of TCM affecting renal and immune functions in patients with nephrotic syndrome may be a development trend in the future.关键词
