Abstract
According to the No.1 Document launched by the Central Committee in 2023,the issue of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is still the top priority of the whole Party and social work.To accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is necessary to vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional mode of agricultural production.The new technological revolution,which takes data capital as the most valuable strategic resource to promote economic and social development,is leading the world into the digital age and integrating digital construction with agricultural development.The use of digital governance system to create agricultural industrial dividends and the construction of smart agricultural production and management system is an important condition for the transformation of agricultural modernization.Taking Tai'an City as the research area,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the development of its smart agriculture with the help of the urban digitization degree index of Tai'an City,and puts forward the development countermeasures of smart agriculture based on the digital economic governance system formed in the process of digitization around how to further create agricultural industrial dividend.关键词
