陆生蓝藻地木耳中海藻糖提取工艺研究
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the technology of extracting trehalose from Auricularia auricula was discussed from four aspects:the concentration of trichloroacetic acid,the amount of trichloroacetic acid,extraction temperature and time.The technological conditions of trehalose extraction from Auricularia auricula were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimum conditions were determined by investigating the effects of trichloroacetic acid concentration,dosage,extraction temperature and time on the extraction rate.The optimum conditions are as follows concentration of 0.3 M trichloroacetic acid,dosage of 5 mL,extraction temperature of 80℃and time of 50 min.关键词
