乡镇综合文化站服务效能评估指标体系构建探讨

Abstract
Constructing a set of scientific and practical evaluation index system of service efficiency of township comprehensive cultural stations plays a very important role in evaluating the construction status of cultural stations,assessing the effectiveness of public cultural service supply,and guiding the high-quality development of public cultural services.The design of service efficiency evaluation index system of cultural station should adhere to the concept of good governance and follow the principles of goal,objectivity,comparability and feasibility.In this paper,the service efficiency evaluation index system of township comprehensive cultural station is designed,which consists of 35 indicators in 3 levels,from 4 aspects of public cultural service input,output,effect and mass satisfaction.Based on this data collection,and then using the weighted calculation method to process and analyze the data,we can comprehensively evaluate the service supply capacity and level of a cultural station.关键词
