乡村振兴战略背景下贵州高职学生返乡创业意愿的引导策略研究

Abstract
Entrepreneurial intention refers to the individual's subjective tendency and psychological preparation for entrepreneurial activities,which is an important precursor of entrepreneurial behavior.Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general policy for the country to implement the rural development in the new era,which aims to promote agricultural modernization,rural prosperity and farmers'prosperity.As aspiring young people in the new era,Guizhou higher vocational students have the potential and responsibility to return home and start their own businesses.Through the method of questionnaire,this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial status and entrepreneurial willingness of higher vocational students in Guizhou,as well as the main factors that affect their entrepreneurial willingness to return home.On this basis,some effective guiding strategies are put forward,such as strengthening entrepreneurship education and training,providing venture capital and venue support,establishing entrepreneurial mentors and network platforms,optimizing entrepreneurial services and regulatory mechanisms,and so on.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical and practical references for promoting Guizhou higher vocational students to return home to start a businesses and to help the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.关键词
