河南省气象为农服务培训现状及需求调查分析

Abstract
Henan,as a major agricultural province,food security is very important.The author has been engaged in meteorological training education and training in Henan Province for many years,analyzed and summarized the current situation of meteorological service training for agriculture in Henan Province,carried out a survey on the demand of meteorological service training for agriculture in the whole province,and made an in-depth analysis of the survey results.Its purpose is to put forward reasonable suggestions on the development,course content design and training methods of meteorological service training for agriculture in Henan Province in the future,in order to form a scientific training system to achieve a good training effect,improve the comprehensive quality of meteorological service workers in Henan Province,and meet the needs of workers at all levels for meteorological service training for agriculture.关键词
