Abstract
The main body of innovation in the field of breeding is gradually transferring from research institutions to seed enterprises,so the development of seeds in China has brought new opportunities.In this case,it is necessary to promote the balance of the proportion of seed enterprises in the main structure of breeding innovation and promote their progress in breeding innovation.One of the important driving forces of agricultural scientific and technological innovation is the protection of new plant varieties.At the same time,the protection of new plant varieties is also an important part of implementing our national intellectual property rights and promoting the development strategy of agricultural science,technology and education.From the aspects of strengthening propaganda,strengthening science and technology management,formulating incentive measures,etc.,there are some problems in China,such as,relatively unbalanced basic structure,low level of protection,weak protection,difficulty in safeguarding rights,and so on.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the protection of new species of agricultural plants in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the main structure of innovation.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the supervision and management of planting industry and promoting the modernization process of planting industry in our country.关键词
