Abstract
China's agricultural land policy has had an important impact on rural areas and farmers.The policy has evolved many times,from the reform of land contract system to the compensation policy of land occupation in the process of urbanization,and then to the policy of encouraging agricultural modernization at the present stage.These changes directly affect the land rights and interests of farmers and the mode of agricultural production.In the past,the land contract system provided farmers with stable rights and interests in land management,promoted agricultural development and increased farmers'income.However,there are also some problems,such as the non-standard occupation and transfer of land,and the lack of protection of rural land resources.Therefore,we should strengthen the protection of agricultural land,ensure that farmers'land rights and interests will not be infringed,promote the stability and improvement of agricultural land contracting system,encourage farmers to operate on an appropriate scale,and improve the efficiency of agricultural production.Summing up the experiences and lessons and further improving the agricultural land policy will help to promote the sustainable development of the rural economy.关键词
