北国壁钱和华南壁钱的鉴别研究
Identification of Uroctea lesserti and Uroctea compactilis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To screen the distinguishing characteristics of two medicinal spiders,Uroctea lesserti and Uroctea compactilis,and improve the identification methods of traditional animal drugs.Methods:Morphological characteristics of the two species were ob-served and compared by morphological taxonomic methods,and mitochondrial DNA cytochrome C oxidase subunit I(mtDNA-COI)gene sequence characteristics and genetic distance were investigated.Results:The original animal morphology,color maps and tables of the medicinal materials and their netting and nest showed obvious differences between Uroctea compactilis and Uroctea lesserti.The length of COI sequence of the two species was 630 to 681 bp,which could be clustered into one in NJ tree and completely separated from the out-group.The obtained COI gene sequence was uploaded to GenBank database,and the entry number OP358932 of Uroctea lesserti and OP363143 of Uroctea compactilis were obtained,respectively.Conclusion:This study provides an important experimental basis for the authenticity identification of two kinds of Chinese medicine.关键词
